By downloading, installing, or playing Cyro Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before accessing the platform.

1. Account Responsibility & Fair Play

• You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your credentials secure.
• Cheating, exploiting bugs, using automated bots, manipulating memory, or tampering with network packets is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts found engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities.

2. Virtual Currency & Virtual Items

• Coins, XP, Boosters, Power-Ups, and Avatars are virtual assets licensed solely for entertainment within Cyro Games.
• Virtual items have zero real-world cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred.
• All item usage and coin rewards are server-authoritative. We reserve the right to adjust economy balancing to maintain fair gameplay.

3. Rewarded Advertisements

Rewarded ads are offered voluntarily. Rewards are granted exclusively upon verified completion of the advertisement via our authorized ad partners. Automated ad viewing or emulator spoofing will result in forfeiture of rewards.

4. Intellectual Property

All mini-games, graphics, character artwork, music, logos, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of Cyro Games Studio and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Limitation of Liability & Service Availability

Cyro Games is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service during maintenance or force majeure events.
