Welcome to Cyro Games. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and secured, and your rights under applicable data protection laws, Google Play Developer Policies, and Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) requirements.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register or sign in via Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email address, unique account identifier, and profile picture avatar. If you register via email, your password is encrypted using one-way bcrypt hashing.
Gameplay & Economy Data: We track game level progress, high scores, levels completed, virtual coins earned, XP progression, daily check-in streaks, in-game items acquired, and transaction history.
Device & Diagnostics Data: Our analytics SDKs collect standard device metadata such as device model, operating system version, app version, language preference, and session duration to ensure game stability.

2. Permissions Requested

INTERNET: Required for server authentication, real-time multiplayer synchronization, leaderboards, and loading advertisements.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used on Android 13+ to deliver optional notifications for daily rewards and announcements. You may disable notifications at any time in system settings.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: Requested exclusively on-demand if you choose to select a custom avatar photo from your device gallery. We do not access any other media files.

Note: We do NOT request or collect GPS location, contacts, microphone, or camera permissions.

3. Third-Party Services & SDK Disclosures

Cyro Games integrates select industry-standard SDKs:

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Used to deliver banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. AdMob may process your Advertising ID (GAID) and ad interaction data to provide non-fraudulent, relevant advertisements in accordance with Google's Advertising Policies.
Google Firebase Analytics: Collects aggregated, non-personally identifiable app usage events to identify crashes and improve game responsiveness.
Google Sign-In: Facilitates secure OAuth 2.0 authentication without exposing your Google credentials to our servers.
Pusher Channels: An ephemeral WebSocket service used strictly for real-time multiplayer match state coordination. No personal identity is stored by Pusher.

4. Virtual Currency & Economy Policy

Virtual coins, experience points (XP), and store items earned or purchased in Cyro Games are purely virtual entertainment commodities. They possess no monetary value in the real world, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred or traded outside the app.

5. Data Retention & Security

All sensitive communication is encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS (HTTPS). Account records are stored in secure MySQL databases with restricted access. We retain your data as long as your account remains active.

6. Account Deletion & User Rights

You have full ownership of your data. You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated gameplay data directly inside the app at Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing our data team at support@cyperastudio.online.

7. Children's Privacy

Cyro Games is designed for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately for prompt deletion.
